Our approach

Golden Beats works without an account. We do not sell personal information, display advertising, operate a social graph, or include third-party behavioral analytics.

Practice data stored locally

Sessions, notes, repertoire, setlists, timing diagnostics, saved programs, adaptive prescriptions, practice experiments, goals, and preferences are stored in local application storage. Golden Beats does not operate a cloud profile to receive this information. Readiness signals, experiment verdicts, and weekly briefs are calculated on the device from that local record.

Optional Apple catalog search

Catalog search begins only when you submit a query. The app sends that query directly to Apple’s public Search API to retrieve music metadata and artwork. Apple may process network and request information under its own policies. Golden Beats does not retain search history; it stores only recordings you explicitly add to your local repertoire.

Artwork and source links

Catalog artwork and metadata identify Apple store content. Source links open the corresponding Apple page. Golden Beats does not play, cache, or redistribute catalog previews.

Export and deletion

You can copy a readable JSON export of practice sessions. You can remove repertoire items and permanently delete all local practice data—including saved prescriptions and experiments—from Profile → Data & Privacy.

Website and support

If you visit this site or contact support, the hosting or email provider may process standard connection information under its own policy. This is separate from the app’s local practice record.

Children and purchases

The app contains no purchases, advertising, public user content, chat, or account creation.
